Buy the most recently released products at SD Bullion

At SD Bullion we are constantly looking to expand our catalog and provide you with freshly new products. Above, you will find a list of the most recently available coins, bars, rounds and others. Make sure to navigate through the menu on the left if you are looking for specific releases from our gold and silver bullion collection.

Bullion Coins

Bullion coins are backed by a sovereign government and are considered legal tender, which means they carry a face value. Nonetheless, their actual value comes from their precious metal content and their numismatic appeal to collectors.

Gold coins and silver coins are the most generally sought out, but palladium and platinum coins are also making their way into the market recently and you shall find them in our stocks as well.

Each new year comes with the latest updates on running coinage programs from an assortment of mints across the globe. Here is a list of the most anticipated releases every year:

American Eagle Coins – With annual features since its first release in 1986, the American Eagle Program is the official bullion coin program of the United States. Run by the United States Mint, since its first issue, the program has expanded to include not only gold and silver eagle coins, but also platinum and palladium coins as well;

Canadian Maple Leaf Coins – On the market for more than four decades, the Gold, Platinum and Silver Maple Leaf Coins carry this Canadian national symbol that lends its name to the program on the reverse, and a rendition of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. Other bullion coins from the RCM include the Predator Silver Coins Series and the Call of the Wild Gold Coins Series;

South African Krugerrand Coins – The oldest gold bullion coin on the market. It launched in 1967 and was thought of to increase private ownership of gold among the citizens. It is adorned with the Springbok Antelope on the reverse and a portrait of Paul Kruger on the obverse, one of the most prominent political figures of the country and president during the turn of the 20th century. In 2017 the South African Mint also introduced the Silver Krugerrand to celebrate their continued history and success.

Austrian Philharmonic Coins – This Austrian Mint coin program is considered one of the most beautiful bullion coins on the market. On one side we can see the Great Organ of Vienna’s Golden Hall Auditorium and a range of beautiful orchestra instruments on the other.

We are also regularly updating our stock with numismatic issues of American and world coinage history. Make sure to check those as well if you are looking to increase your collection.

Bullion Bars

Bullion Bars are typically produced by private mints, although the Royal Canadian Mint and the Perth Mint are two sovereign institutions that also issue this product.

Usually preferred for those looking for the lowest buying price option on the physical precious metals market, bullion bars could be considered a good option if you are planning to buy in bulk, whether you go for the gold bars or the more affordable silver bars.

Keep an eye out for themed designs such as James Bond coins, spiritual inspired collections, shark collections and many more.

Silver Rounds

Also struck in private mints, silver rounds can be found in a variety of sizes and weights. There is an incredible amount of designs to choose from as well that will satisfy the needs of any collectors.

Fractional Silver Rounds vary from 1/10 ounce to half ounce rounds, such as the ones issued by the renowned Sunshine Mint.

Rounds can also be found in the 1 oz, 2 oz, 5 oz and even 10 oz weights.

U.S. Mint – backed by the United States government, the U.S. Mint has been in operation for more than 200 years. It has four branches, the Denver Mint, the Philadelphia Mint, the San Francisco Mint and the West Point Mint;

Royal Mint – with more than a thousand years of history, the Royal Mint is the official maker of bullion coins of the British government.

Royal Canadian Mint – among the few government-run mints to produce bullion bars, their products are embellished by their logo, the beautiful maple leaf.

PAMP Suisse – Regarded for their stellar designs and high quality products, PAMP is one of the most trusted refineries in the world. Their gold bars and silver bars are top sellers here at SD Bullion;

Scottsdale Mint – Based in Arizona, this private mint’s mark is a stunning lion head with a crown. They produce stackable silver rounds that are easy to store and transport.

Sunshine Minting – Founded in 1979 and located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Sunshine Minting is the essence of top-notch products. They are a supplier of silver planchets for the United States Mint and their own products are adorned with their awe-striking mark, an eagle soaring against a blazing sun.
