The reverse design is standard for all coins in the series. It features King Charles III’s effigy, designed by Jody Clark. His Majesty’s bust is encircled by “CHARLES III · REPUBLIC OF GHANA · 5 CEDIS · 2025 · 1oz .999 SILVER,” which describes the nation that ensures the coin’s legal tender status, face value, mintage, weight, purity, and metal content.

The obverse showcases a haloed St. Joseph against a radiant heavenly backdrop, gazing tenderly at a peaceful infant resting in his arms. The decorated outer rim bears a single inscription: “ST. JOSEPH.”
