RETURN OF ORDERS

We strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders placed at SD Bullion. If you believe your order contains a material defect or fulfillment error, you must notify SD Bullion Customer Service within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery by telephone at (800) 294-8732 or by email at sales@sdbullion.com. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe permanently waives any claim.

If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition. To proceed with an exchange request, our team may request pictures of the items in question. We require mutual cooperation to proceed with the request, otherwise the request will be closed.

Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of SD Bullion.

Returned products (excluding the SD24K line of products) are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $35, whichever is higher. Returned products from the SD24K jewelry line are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on SD Bullion’s sole discretion.

Fees cannot be waived for market price fluctuations, changes in personal preference, misunderstandings of product specifications, carrier-related shipping delays outside of our control, or refused deliveries.

Please note that if you damage any product ordered at SD Bullion by acid test, cleaning or other intrusive methods, we will not be able to accept the product back for an exchange or return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note, due to the cost of International shipping, SD Bullion will handle International request on a case-by-case basis.
