The Doc's Satisfaction Guarantee

The Doc believes in doing business the old-fashioned way.

We provide every customer with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please give us a call. We will always do our best to accommodate you!



Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have within 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team of your dissatisfaction.

The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of SD Bullion.

Credit card orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee, all other payment methods are subject to a 3% restocking fee. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on SD Bullion’s sole discretion.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% fee plus any additional market loss.
