Buy 1998 NGC MS-69 American Silver Eagle Coins

Total Graded Population Of 102,697!

The 13th coin in the American Silver Eagle coin series produced by the United States Mint, these 1998 American Silver Eagles feature a near-perfect grade of MS-69, assigned by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC).

Over two decades of coin certification and 35 million coins graded to date, have established NGC as one of the most reliable authorities on coin grading in the world. In fact, it is now the largest third-party coin certification service in the world.

Each of these 1998 American Silver Eagles contains 1 troy ounce of 0.999 pure silver. Moreover, they enjoy an official face value of $1 (USD), fully backed by the United States government.

Encased in a secure plastic slab with a brown label, these coins are safe from external tampering and damage. Furthermore, the label specifies the year of issue of these coins and the unique serial number assigned to them during the grading procedure.

The reverse displays the infamous seal of the United States of America – the Heraldic Bald Eagle design, created by John Mercanti in 1986. On the other hand, the obverse face of this coin portrays the popular 1916 Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman.

Considering the absence of any visible imperfections, the pure silver content, and the official certification by NGC, these 1998 American Silver Eagles are valuable assets to any precious metals portfolios. They also make excellent gifting items for those who enjoy beautiful American designs on pristine specimens of official silver bullion coins of the United States Mint. These coins may display some natural spotting, which is completely normal and can occur over time and does not affect the grade of the coin. They all have been professionally graded by their respective certifier. The protective plastic slab the coin comes in certifies its grade. These slabs are subject to light abrasion marks, chips, cracks, and scuffs. These marks do not at all hinder the grade of the coin assigned to it and they do not devalue the slabbed coin in any way.
