Most ACH payments take 3-5 business days. You do have the option to select a wire payment for an additional fee. Bank Wires can take 24-48 hours to deposit into the account.
Utilize the tracking number by going directly to the courier's website. Once delivered, SD Bullion will email you with an update.
Buybacks can take some time to process. We might just need more time to verify all the metals received. If there are any issues with the buyback, be sure to check your emails for the requested information.
Keeping original packaging. Document your purchase. Photograph your items. use secure, trackable shipping.
Photos are requested for all buybacks. Inner and outer photos, along with photos of the metals you are sending. Our team will update you on what we did/didn't receive, and work out any discrepancies with the photos you send in. Each case will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Any courier would work. As long as it is fully insured, and has trackable shipping.
