All orders will not always be shipped with a required signature, but all orders do ship fully insured. You do have the option to call us directly to add a 'guaranteed' signature upon delivery.
Adding a signature confirmation can be added for a small fee. You would have to call us directly. Holds for pickups is not available. Our insurance doesn't cover any Shipstation deliveries, or deliveries to facilities that do not have a PO Box of their own.
You would reach out to us over the phone or by email immediately. SD Bullion has to be notified within 3 business days after 'delivery'. Great things to do beforehand are to check your mailbox or any discreet areas around your home. Reach out to your leasing office or any members of your household.
Each claim will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Photos or video might be requested. Reporting within the 3-business-day time frame is required. Full cooperation once a claim is filed.

Yes. All packages will be shipped using an alias. There will be no SD Bullion branding on the outside of the package.
