Because precious metal pricing fluctuates, if an order is later canceled or goes unpaid, the market price of the metals might have dropped in the meantime. SD Bullion incurs a loss since we can no longer sell it at the original locked-in price. The Market loss is calculated based on the difference between the price you locked in on and the current market price the day you you/we cancelled the order.
We give 3 business days to send a bank wire, or to get a personal check/cashier's check/or postal money order in the mail. If payment isn't received, we will attempt to reach out. If no response is given, your order will be canceled, and you may be subjected to additional fees. Bitcoin payments have to be submitted within 15 minutes after your order is placed. If payment isn't received, the order will self-cancel.
You will have to reach out to our customer support directly for more information regarding a failed payment after an order is locked in. NFS might be subjected to fees.
No, cancellation fees will not apply in that situation. We will work on a solution that fits best to avoid cancellation.
