Bankwire and credit/debit cards would be the best payment methods to have your order processed faster.
ACH is a payment SD Bullion doesn't accept. E-Check payments are made by linking your checking account to your SD Bullion profile. Your bank account and routing number are used. Bank wire is a payment you make by going to your bank (some banks let you do this online). This is a direct payment sent from your bank to ours.
Common reasons for failure for an E-Check can vary. I would go over the following and correct. Saving account is being used (savings account isn't accepted), Insufficient funds, and/or incorrect account/routing number.
Plaid is a third-party service that is used to verify identity and account information.
Check your email. If an order was placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation. Log in to your account and go over your order history. Check your payment method. Call us directly.
BitPay invoices only stay active for 15 minutes. If payment isn't received by that timeframe, the order will self-cancel.
Payment timeframe can vary depending on your payment selection. Bank Wires-3 business days/Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Postal money orders-must be in the mail within 3 business days. Bitpay payment has to be done within 15 minutes. Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and E-Checks are all done at the time of placing orders.
No. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. However, if an order is placed and not paid for, you can call us directly and we will evaluate the options that might be available.
