Buy 1986 NGC MS-69 American Silver Eagle Coins

Total Graded Population Of 130,189!

These American Silver Eagles are a part of the lucky 1986 1 Ounce American Silver Eagles that were assigned a grade of MS-69 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. Moreover, these 1986 releases were the first coins produced under the successful American Silver Eagle program minted by the US Mint. Over two decades of American Silver Eagles later, these graded coins offer collectors and investors a chance to snag the first release under this program, in sealed, pristine MS-69 condition.

With grades ranging from 1-70, a grade of MS-69 signifies ‘near-perfect’ condition – i.e. no visible surface defects. Graded variety of coins have always offered a more reliable method of buying precious metals coins as their condition is accurately indicated by the grades assigned to them. In addition to being struck using one troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver, these silver coins also bear a face value of $1 (USD).

The famous seal of the United States graces the reverse of this coin – the familiar Bald Eagle, with outstretched wings, behind a striped shield, above which, there hover 13 five-pointed stars. John Mercanti created this design in the same year as the issue of this coin.

Their eligibility in various precious metals IRAs makes them a valuable addition to your investment assets – expanding and diversifying your portfolio. Moreover, being the first ever release in one of the most popular coin series in the world, these graded 1986 American Silver Eagles are a great chance to complete your American Eagle Collections with a pristine, certified coin. These coins may display some natural spotting, which is completely normal and can occur over time and does not affect the grade of the coin. They all have been professionally graded by their respective certifier. The protective plastic slab the coin comes in certifies its grade. These slabs are subject to light abrasion marks, chips, cracks, and scuffs. These marks do not at all hinder the grade of the coin assigned to it and they do not devalue the slabbed coin in any way.
