1887 PCGS MS-63 Morgan Dollar Silver Coin
Between 1878 and 1904, the US Mint manufactured Morgan Silver Dollars to meet the domestic need for one-dollar coins.
Morgan Dollars were produced once more in 1921 and were later returned in 2021 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its final official minting.
Named after their designer, George T. Morgan, the fourth Chief Engraver of the US Mint, these coins were inspired by America's westward expansion and industrial development in the 19th century.
Today, SD Bullion sells 1887 Morgan Silver Dollar Coins, sealed in PCGS slabs and graded as MS-63 samples.

A PCGS MS-63 Coin
PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) appraises and grades coins using the Sheldon Grading Scale as a parameter. It works apart from sovereign mints, certifying coins from 1 to 70, according to their condition.
MS stands for Mint State, indicating a coin produced in a business circulation sample format. Grade 63 indicates that the coin may present marks and minor visible hairlines but still have an attractive overall appearance.
