Since 2017 marks the 225th anniversary of the United States Mint, it is being celebrated with this unique gold coin. Moreover, being a high-relief coin, it has a significant surface area on the edges, allowing it to bear the beautiful inscription of “225th Anniversary.”
However, that’s not all. The gold coin features a modern rendition of Lady Liberty along with the traditional ideals of liberty that laid the foundation of the United States of America. Each of these coins contains 1 troy ounce of 0.9999 pure gold and also bear a face value of $100 (USD). “The coin itself is very beautiful , but I was completely surprised of how exquisite the presentation box is . I thought it was going to be made out of cardboard instead it is of an impressive heavy lacquered coin box/ holder fit for a special place on a desk or shelf , I am very satisfied .”
