PCGS MS-63+ 1903 $20 Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coin
The Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coin was the official 20-dollar circulating coin in the US from 1850 to 1907 when the $20 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle Gold Coin replaced it.

The reverse design starts with the words “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” engraved on top, followed by the motto “IN GOD WE TRUST.”
The Heraldic Eagle beneath them has spread wings, the national shield in front of its chest, arrows in its talons, and the banner “E PLURIBUS UNUM” in its beak. The coin’s denomination engraved at the bottom reads “TWENTY DOLLARS.”
A PCGS MS-63+ Coin
The PCGS - Professional Coin Grading Service is an independent third-party company in the numismatic market. It appraises and grades coins from 1 to 70 using the Sheldon Scale, according to their condition.
MS stands for Mint State, indicating a coin produced in a business sample format that remained uncirculated. An MS-63+ graded coin is slightly better than an MS-63 one. It may show small scuffs and hairlines, but the design is still overall lustrous.
The coins in this listing all have the Mint State 63+ certification from PCGS. They all have been professionally graded and holdered by their respective certifier. The protective plastic slab the coin comes in certifies its Mint State grade. These slabs are subject to light abrasion marks, chips, and scuffs with normal wear on them. These marks do not at all hinder the grade of the coin assigned to it by PCGS and they do not devalue the slabbed coin in any way.
