The Design

The 2024 coin showcases several types of oak leaves assembled, symbolizing the Right of Assembly. The inscriptions on this side are “WITH THE RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE LIBERTY SPREADS,” “IN GOD WE TRUST,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” and “2024.” 

The reverse design remains the same, featuring a flying Bald Eagle with an olive branch in its talons. The engravings on this side are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “$100,” “1 OZ.,” and “.9995 PLATINUM,” along with the “W” mintmark from the West Point branch.

A CAC PR-70 First Day of Delivery Coin

CAC - Certified Acceptance Corporation is a New Jersey-based third-party grading company founded in 2007. It uses the Sheldon Scale to appraise numismatic items. The scale ranks coins from 1 to 70.

According to CAC, a First Day of Delivery coin is one of those produced within the first day of mintage and immediately submitted for appraisal.
