2025-(P) Eagle Privy 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin Monster Box
In 2024, The US Mint has debuted the first bullion Silver Eagle privy coin ever produced with a Star Privy release. In 2025, they followed up the roaring success with the second ever bullion privy mark: the Eagle Privy.
Privy coins are best described as coins with a small, unique indentifying mark on an otherwise bulk produced bullion strike. Privy coins have been popular since the early 2010s, with other sovereign mints releasing a variety of privy coins each with their own unique collectible twist. This coin is the second ever US Mint Silver Eagle privy coin, featuring an Eagle Privy on the Obverse.
The initial wave of coins from the US Mint with this Privy mark were primarily made for grading purposes. Those coins are now being distributed across the marketplace. The remainder of the 500,000 total mintage are expected to be released in late November of 2024. Customers buying raw (non-graded) coins now from other sellers are receiving coins that did not meet grading targets, otherwise known as grading "rejects".

The Design
The obverse displays Adolph A. Weinman’s “The Walking Liberty” design, which features Lady Liberty walking towards the sun folded in the American flag.
Lady Liberty stretches one arm to welcome those seeking shelter in the New World and has oak and laurel branches on the other.
It also contains the year of issuance, the word “LIBERTY,” the motto “IN GOD WE TRUST” aside, and the bald eagle privy mark on the right.
The reverse design showcases the Bald Eagle perched on a branch with open wings. The engravings encircle the whole image and read “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “ONE DOLLAR,” “1 OZ,” and “FINE SILVER,” added by the motto “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”
The Monster Box
The US Mint Monster Box contains 25 tubes of coins, each housing 20 coins.
Therefore, this Monster Box carries 500 US Silver Eagle coins from the 2025 edition with the Star Privy Mark, accounting for 500 Troy oz of 99.9% fine silver.
The coins are individually protected, certified, and carefully housed in tubes to avoid unnecessary contact. Sealed at the Mint and identified according to its content, the box remains untouched until its final destination.
