The Design
This silver note is a reproduction of an ordinary currency note, featuring a squared format and captivating colored features.
On the front, it features the image of a snake with a star on its forehead, accompanied by the engraving “YEAR OF THE SNAKE” and the denomination of “100 TOGROG.”
On the other side, the note is monochromatic silver and displays its essential information regarding weight, purity, and metal content, along with the Mongol Bank logo and the note’s denomination.
On the left face of the reverse design is the inscription, “It is hereby certified that these minted commemorative notes are legal tender of The Bank of Mongolia (The Central Bank).”
