The Design

The 2024 obverse features a lovely design of a Mom Panda playing with her young cub. The coin’s weight, metal content, fineness, and denomination complete the image.

On the reverse side, the Temple of Heaven in Beijing has a central detailed depiction, encircled by the Chinese inscription corresponding to “The People’s Republic of China” and “2024”, for the year of mintage, on the bottom.

The additional silver medal features the 2024 design of the Year of the Dragon.
