The Design

On the obverse, the cowboy is portrayed as a Rifleman preparing to shoot while riding a horse. The first circle that limits the rifleman illustration is a rope, while the outer circle is a sequence of spikes around. 

Inscriptions regarding weight, fineness, and metal content read “1/10 TROY OZ - 9999 FINE GOLD.”

The background is covered in patterns, and a small Buffalo privy mark is on the lower right.

The reverse features the Scottsdale Mint’s official logo in the center. The crowned lion is encircled by a rope. The Mint’s name is on top, and the words “RIDE FOR THE BRAND” are at the bottom rim.
