Gold Aurum Utah 25 Goldback Note (24K)

A Goldback is a non-dollar currency that is considered a voluntary currency in certain states around the United States of America. Each individual goldback is crafted from .999 pure gold paint on a plastic film. The Utah Goldback, Nevada Goldback, and New Hampshire Goldback are attempts to legalize the circulation of gold-backed currencies in states where such legislation has been passed. Various businesses within each state determine whether or not they want to accept goldbacks as a form of payment or not. 

Goldbacks can be purchased in various sizes, containing 1/1000th of an ounce of gold to 1/20th of an ounce. Either way, they are beautiful depictions of history and portray fine detail that customers enjoy. The year of mintage may vary based on currently available supply.

The Gold Aurum Utah 25 Goldback Note (24K) contains 1/40th oz of .999 gold. The note is shipped in a plastic sleeve for transit. The note shows Victoria (or Victory) through the image of Suffragette. This was an important part of the women voting movement.
