Gold Aurum Utah 25 Goldback Note (24K)

A Goldback is a non-dollar currency that is considered a voluntary currency in certain states around the United States of America. Each individual goldback is crafted from .999 pure gold paint on a plastic film. The Utah Goldback, Nevada Goldback, and New Hampshire Goldback are attempts to legalize the circulation of gold-backed currencies in states where such legislation has been passed. Various businesses within each state determine whether or not they want to accept goldbacks as a form of payment or not.

Goldbacks can be purchased in various sizes, containing 1/1000th of an ounce of gold to 1/20th of an ounce. Either way, they are beautiful depictions of history and portray fine detail that customers enjoy.

The Gold Aurum Utah 25 Goldback Note (24K) contains 1/40th oz of .999 gold. The note is shipped in a plastic sleeve for transit. The note shows Victoria (or Victory) through the image of Suffragette. This was an important part of the women voting movement.
