The Design

The 2025 Snake reverse design features a snake wrapped around a bamboo trunk. It also displays the Chinese character for "Snake" and its English translation, the year of issuance "2025," and a subtle "P" mint mark on the left, signifying the Perth Mint. 

The obverse displays a left-facing portrait of King Charles III, crafted by Dan Thorne. Encircling the King's bust are the inscriptions "CHARLES III" and "AUSTRALIA" at the top, while the bottom rim lists "1 oz 9999 Au" and "100 DOLLARS," indicating the coin’s weight, purity, metal, and face value.
