The Design

The obverse showcases the Coat of Arms of Niue and engravings that describe the coin's face value and the year of mintage.

The message from the Scriptures is usually inscribed on the crown band, while a reflective, regal, floral-like pattern is the background image.

It includes engravings regarding the weight, purity, and metal content inscribed on the bottom rim.
