SD Bullion is proud to present the smallest American Gold Eagle released in 2019 with the added touch of NGC-certified perfection. As expected, these 2019 NGC MS-70 Early Releases 1/10 oz Gold American Eagle Coins have undergone careful inspection before being assigned perfect MS-70 grades.

Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, the NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation) is one of the most reputed private coin grading agencies in the world. It was founded in 1987. Since then, it has certified over 35 million coins – making it the world’s largest third-party grading agency by volume.

These graded 2019 1/10 oz American Gold Eagles are sealed into a secure plastic slab that protects them from damage and tampering. Moreover, the classic NGC white label is also sealed into the slab. This label displays the name of the coin, year of mintage, designations, grades, and its unique serial number.

An MS-70 grade is considered to signify absolute, uncompromising perfection – and rightly so. Coins are inspected by two experts under 5x magnification to ensure that even minute defects don’t mar the flawless surface of a brilliant MS-70 gold coin.

These coins also bear the ‘Early Releases’ designation, which is proof of the fact that NGC received them from the US Mint within first 30 days of the launch of the 2019 American Gold Eagles.

Each of these coins contains 1/10 troy ounces of 0.916 pure (22-karat) gold, and carries a face value of $5 (USD).
