The Design

The reverse features a family of eagles and inscriptions detailing weight, metal content, and face value reading “1/2 OZ. FINE GOLD—25 DOLLARS.” Additionally, the engravings “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and the mottos “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and “IN GOD WE TRUST” enhance the design.
