Update from SD Bullion

We wanted to take a moment to provide our customers an important update regarding our company and the state of the Precious Metals industry as a whole.

SD Bullion is experiencing a prolonged period of extremely high order volume. Last week, we received the most orders in the history of our company. Our team is committed to shipping your order out as quickly as possible. At our fulfillment facility, we have hired additional staff and have added a second shift. At our sales office, we are on-boarding new staff and working overtime to answer your calls and emails. It’s important to note that due to the exponential surge in order volume, you should temporarily expect delays of 5+ business days while our company continues to scale our operations to meet the demand. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

The industry as a whole is experiencing a period of supply constraints. The US Mint recently announced they were shutting down. The Royal Canadian Mint is also temporarily shut down. These two instances alone significantly impact product availability across the board. The disruption in the supply chain will inevitably cause select products to go out of stock on our website. Items marked pre-sale or display a delayed shipping date reflect our most recent expectation on delivery timetables but remain subject to change as mints are struggling to support the demand.

These supply constraints impact premiums on all products and will continue to result in volatility in product premiums as inventory becomes significantly more expensive to acquire.
