Bearing the prestigious 'Twelve Caesars' label from NGC, these coins are certified to be genuine and carry an 'F' (Fine) grade. The Twelve Caesars Nero BI Tetradrachm (AD 54-68) was one of the larger circulating coins in the Roman currency system.

A tetradrachm, as the name suggests, was a silver coin that was valued at 4 drachmas in Ancient Greece. These particular Tetradrachm Coins were issued by Emperor Nero, one of the Twelve Caesars who ruled over the vast Roman Empire.

The NGC label accompanying this it displays the coin's name, the grade assigned to it, and its minting source -- Alexandria Mint, Egypt.

These ancient coins were struck from 'billion,' which is usually what Romans called an alloy of silver and copper. Their obverses feature the image of Emperor Nero, like all other circulating coinage from the Roman Empire.

Grab these NGC 'F' Twelve Caesars Nero BI Tetradrachm (AD 54-68) from SD Bullion and own a piece of important history -- adding class, diversity, and quality to your coin collection.
