With a proud legacy of service, sacrifice, and strength, the Army plays a vital role in American history and global security.

These US Silver Eagles, in particular, are proof coins produced in the West Point branch. Therefore, they showcase the “W” mint mark and a stunning mirror-like luster.

On the reverse, a contemporary image of a Bald Eagle is shown in mid-flight, clutching an oak branch in its talons. Surrounding the design are the words 'UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,' 'ONE DOLLAR,' '1 OZ. FINE SILVER,' and the motto 'E PLURIBUS UNUM.'"

This side also features the “W” mint mark from the West Point branch.
