Launched in 1986 as the premier silver coin of the American Eagle Program, the American Silver Eagle is celebrated for its timeless design and strong national symbolism.

This unique edition, created through a collaboration between the US Mint and Nice Gang, the mobile RPG Eight Era developer, seeks to engage the gaming community by integrating physical coin collectibles as in-game rewards.

Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, this release features a distinctive Eagle Privy mark on the obverse, beneath the motto “IN GOD WE TRUST.”

The Design

The obverse reproduces Adolph A. Weinman’s “The Walking Liberty” design, which depicts Lady Liberty striding forward with the American flag draped over her shoulder.

The feminine guise stretches one arm to welcome immigrants to the New World as she carries oak and laurel branches. 

It also contains the year of issuance, the word “LIBERTY,” the motto “IN GOD WE TRUST,” and the bald eagle privy mark. 

The reverse, designed by Emily Damstra, depicts a Bald Eagle perched on a branch with its wings spread. 

Further engravings read “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “ONE DOLLAR,” “1 OZ,” and “FINE SILVER,” added by the motto “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”
