According to Chinese culture, 2024 is ruled by the Dragon, the fifth animal from its Lunar Calendar. Because the Dragon symbolizes evolution, authority, and abundance, the new year is expected to be prosperous and bring good fortune.

The Design

The obverse presents the Dragon’s head design accompanied by the bar’s weight, fineness, and metal content engraved beneath the depiction. The inscriptions read: “1/100th toz .9999 Gold.”

The reverse is a blank, smooth surface.
