We then added the Sword of Truth and the Ram of Calvary, enriching its repertoire and making it an awe-inspiring collectible.

The Design

The 2023 edition displays a new obverse design to the Ram of Calvary coin. The current design features the Coat of Arms of Niue, a self-governed country associated with New Zealand. 

The information engraved around the Seal refers to the coin’s face value of “TEN DOLLARS” and the year of issuance.

The reverse design stamps a frontal close-up of the Ram, a symbol for the Lamb or Son of God.  The message is micro-engraved, hidden in the ram’s horn, and it reads: “worship in spirit” from John 4:24. This phrase can be combined with the truths presented on the other 2023 Truth Series coins to complete a Scripture.

The Hebrew lettering “ישוע” above the animal’s depiction means Yeshua (Jesus). And the inscriptions beneath it refer to the coin's weight, metal content, and purity through: “FIVE TROY OUNCES .9999 FINE SILVER.”

The high-relief finish on this coin creates an exceptional presentation of the ram. High relief coins offer more of a three-dimensional look to the coin with raised elements above the coin's surface making it visually stunning. 

NGC MS-69 Grade 

The NGC, Numismatic Guaranty Company, is a well-respected service with an international reputation that evaluates and grades coins using the Sheldon grading scale. Based on the coin's condition, the scale goes from 1 to 70.

“MS” stands for “mint state.” It refers to a business strike coin that has received a grade above 60 or, in other words, shows little traces of post-production marks. According to NGC the MS-69 grade is only given to, "A fully struck coin with nearly imperceptible imperfections."
