The Design

The reverse is a creation of Dominique Evans. It displays icons of the British economic heritage: a weight scale overlapping a navigation compass. The coin’s name and mintage are engraved on top and read: “GOLD STANDARD” and “2022.”

The coin’s weight, purity, and metal content are inscribed on the bottom rim. It reads: “1/10 OZ FINE GOLD 999.9.”
