2021 NGC MS-70 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle Coin - Don Everhart Label
In 2021, the US Mint celebrated the 35th Anniversary of the American Eagle Program. Paying tribute to this milestone, the US Mint provided American Gold Eagles with a new reverse design created by artist Jennie Norris.
These 1/4 oz Gold Eagles, in particular, are the last strike showcasing the original reverse design signed by Miley Busiek.
And they were sealed by NGC with a Don Everhart exclusive label.
Don Everhart, sculptor and engraver, served the US Mint from 2004 to July 2017. He was involved in the creation of memorable US Mint coins from the last decade, like the reverse of the 2015-W American Liberty High Relief $100 and the 2016 American Liberty Silver Medals. He also took part in the creation of commemorative strikes, such as the 2015 March of Dimes Commemorative Silver Dollar, which won a Coin of the Year Award for Most Inspirational Coin, and the 2014 Baseball Hall of Fame commemorative coins, the first concave coins produced by the US Mint.
Today, SD Bullion offers 2021 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle Coins, graded by NGC as MS-70 and sealed with the unique Don Everhart Label.

An NGC MS-70 Coin
NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Company) uses the Sheldon Grading Scale to evaluate and attribute grades to coins, apart from Sovereign Mints.
MS stands for Mint State, indicating a coin crafted in the format of a business circulation coin. Since it has never been in circulation, the coin has no sign of wear, tear, or scratching, which grants it a 70 grade.
