The Design

On the reverse, Miley Busiek designed a female eagle protecting its hatchling under her wing while the male eagle perches on their nest.

Further engravings read "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," the mottos "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and "IN GOD WE TRUST," and information regarding weight, metal content, and face value, which reads "1/10 OZ. FINE GOLD—5 DOLLARS."
