The Design
The obverse depicts a Rifleman preparing to shoot while riding a horse. The first circle surrounding the rifleman’s depiction is a rope, while the second is a sequence of spikes.
The accompanying engravings refer to weight, fineness, and metal content, reading “1 TROY OZ - 9999 FINE SILVER.”
The background is covered in patterns, and a small Buffalo privy mark is on the lower right.
The reverse displays the crowned lion surrounded by a rope. The Mint’s name is on top, and the words “RIDE FOR THE BRAND” are at the bottom.
Because of the antique finish, the round showcases a darker tone and the aspect of an ancient piece.
