Celebrating the gorgeous skyline of Kuala Lumpur, the 2017 5 g Cook Islands Kuala Lumpur Skyline Silver Dollar Banknotes are now available at SD Bullion. CIT (Coin Invest Trust) strikes the Skyline Dollars on behalf of the Cook Islands.

Since its inception in 1970, CIT has expanded from trading to manufacturing legal tender coins and medals. However, it is known for constantly defying convention and coming up with truly innovative products – and the Skyline Dollars are no exception.

Each of these notes contains 5 grams of 0.999 pure silver. Moreover, they are considered official currency in the Cook Islands, and carry $1 face values.

The obverses of these silver banknotes feature the elegant Ian Rank-Broadley portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II. Since all legal tender notes in the Cook Islands must display this image, this silver banknote is no exception. The face value of the coin, the name of the issuing country (Cook Islands), and the Queen’s name (Elizabeth II) are imprinted on this side as well.

On the other hand, the reverse sides display an exciting capture of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Sultan Abdul Samada Building's Clock Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers are the most prominent structures among the numerous buildings depicted in Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.

These 2017 5 g Cook Islands Kuala Lumpur Skyline Silver Dollar Banknotes are a breath of fresh air, breaking away from convention and offering collectors a chance to own something truly unique.
