Introduced in 2010, the U.S. Mint has been producing a unique coin series called America the Beautiful. Each year, the U.S. Mint produces five different coins capturing America’s most picturesque scenes. The 5 ounce coins display a replica of the circulating ATB quarters, featuring designs from various parks, territories, federal districts and other significant American sites across the United States. Examples of these historic locations include Yosemite National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Ellis Island and the Grand Canyon. The year of 2021 marks the 12th and final year of the series, meaning the 2010-2021 set includes 56 coins! 

 

The elegant set of coins are the largest silver bullion pieces the United States Mint has ever produced. Each 5 troy oz coin features a mirror like finish and .999 fine Silver purity. This piece adds iconic value to any collection. 

 

The front of every coin features the classic portrait of George Washington, depicted on every quarter since 1932. Each obverse face of the coin also reads “United States of America,” “Liberty,” “In God We Trust,” and “Quarter Dollar.” The reverse side uniquely displays an artistic depiction of a national treasure along with the name of the location and the year of the coin’s mintage.
