1907 PCGS MS-63 $20 Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coin
The Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coin, crafted by James B. Longacre, the fourth Chief Engraver of the US Mint, served as the official $20 coin in the US from 1850 to 1907, containing .9675 oz of gold.
Like other pre-1933 gold coins, many $20 Liberty Double Eagles vanished during the economic downturn of the 1930s. As gold prices increased, these coins were confiscated, hoarded, and melted down for their gold content.
At SD Bullion, you can acquire 1907 $20 Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coins sealed and certified by PCGS as MS-62 coins at SD Bullion.

A PCGS MS-63 Coin
Like other third-party grading services, PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) appraises numismatic items using the Sheldon Grading Scale and ranks coins from 1 to 70 according to their condition.
An MS coin indicates Mint State, a coin issued as a business circulation one. Grade 63 indicates that the coin may present marks and minor visible hairlines but still have an attractive overall appearance.
