1901 PCGS $20 MS-63 Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coin
The US's official $20 circulating coin from 1850 to 1907 was the Liberty Double Eagles. The US Mint crafted them weighing .9675 oz of gold and stamped with James B. Longacre’s design, the fourth Chief Engraver of the US Mint.
The economic downturn in the 1930s led to the disappearance of numerous Pre-1933 gold coins, such as the $20 Liberty Double Eagle coin. When gold spot prices rose, those gold coins were confiscated, hoarded, and melted down because of their gold content.
At SD Bullion, you can find 1901 $20 Liberty Double Eagle Gold Coins, sealed and certified by PCGS as MS-63 coins.

PCGS - Professional Coin Grading Service is an independent third-party company that appraises and grades coins based on the Sheldon Scale, which ranks coins from 1 to 70 according to their condition.
