The obverse depicts King Charles III’s effigy, designed by Martin Jennings. His Majesty’s bust is encircled by “KING CHARLES III,” “NIUE TWO DOLLARS,” “2024,” and “2 OZ 999 FINE SILVER.” 

The reverse showcases the biblical scene “The Resurrection.”

The scene depicts a radiant angel seated outside Christ’s empty tomb. With a calm expression and raised hand, the angel addresses Mary Magdalene and another figure approaching the tomb. The dark background contrasts with the angel’s divine light, highlighting the sacred moment.

The absence of limiting rims in these coins allows the entire surface to be used. The antique shadow, allied with the dark luster from the proof finish, emphasizes the aspect of ancientness and highlights the most intricate design details.
