An NGC MS-70 “First Day of Issue” coin
NGC - Numismatic Guaranty Company specializes in appraising coins and assigns grades based on the Sheldon Scale, which ranges from 1 to 70.
The designation "MS" or Mint State indicates a coin minted similarly to those intended for general circulation. A Grade of 70 signifies that the coin exhibits no visible imperfections.
