The Design

This bar series features rectangular minted ingots with rounded edges. They boast a brilliant luster, smooth surface, and intricate designs on both sides.

The obverse, designed by Wade Robinson, depicts a snake wrapped around a bamboo trunk over a decorated backdrop. It also displays the Chinese character for "Snake" and its English translation.

The same waved pattern covers the reverse side, which displays the Perth Mint's London Bullion Market Association registered mark, the bar’s purity, metal content, and weight, which are described as “99.99% PURE GOLD 1 OUNCE.”
