The Design

Like most minted ingots, this gold bar showcases a sophisticated appearance. It has a rectangular shape with vertical imprints, rounded edges, and smooth surfaces.  

The obverse displays the Rifleman preparing to shoot while riding a horse encircled by a rope.

The engravings read “Scottsdale Mint,” “1/100th toz,” and “.9999 Gold,” referring to the bar’s refinery, weight, fineness, and metal content.

The reverse side is blank.
