1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SD Bullion, Inc. (“Sponsor”), PO Box 8766, Toledo, OH 43623.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. Void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and partners, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each, are not eligible. If an ineligible person submits an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and the person will not be eligible to receive the prize.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on January 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

Two (2) prizes will be awarded (one per winner):

• Prize (2 total): One (1) 2026 5 oz Canadian Silver Grand Maple Leaf Coin Sealed Box per winner.

Total number of winners: Two (2).

No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

A) Entry Method (the only way to enter)

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period an eligible participant must submit the official sweepstakes entry form made available by Sponsor on SDBullion.com (the “Entry Form”). The Entry Form may appear in multiple locations on Sponsor’s website, including, without limitation, the sweepstakes landing page, pop-up forms, and embedded forms on blog posts or other webpages. All entries must be submitted through an Entry Form on Sponsor’s website to be eligible.

Purchases made through SDBullion.com, by telephone, or through any third-party website do not enter an individual into the Sweepstakes and do not increase an individual’s chances of winning.

B) Email Entry (one entry)

By submitting a valid email address through the Entry Form, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

C) Optional Bonus Entry (SMS opt-in)

After completing the Email Entry, a participant may optionally submit a qualified U.S. mobile phone number through the Entry Form and complete the SMS opt-in to receive one (1) additional bonus entry (for a total of two (2) entries).

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “qualified mobile phone number” is a U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS text messages. Landlines, VoIP numbers, or non-U.S. numbers may not qualify. If Sponsor uses a mobile verification or confirmation process, the bonus entry will be awarded only after successful confirmation.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to enter or win.

D) Entry Limits / Duplicate Entries

Limit two (2) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Re-entering the same email address and/or mobile number multiple times, or entering through multiple Entry Form placements on Sponsor’s website, does not result in additional entries beyond the limits stated above.

E) Entry Integrity

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, generated by script/macro/bot, or otherwise submitted by automated means, or that violate these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about [January __, 2027].

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified on or about the week of January 18, 2027 by email and/or telephone, at Sponsor’s discretion, using the contact information provided at entry.

If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within 72 hours (3 days), or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and/or any other documentation required by law, within the time period specified by Sponsor.

8. TAXES

The prize may be taxable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax obligations.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s first name, state of residence, and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By providing an email address, entrants may receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
By opting in to SMS marketing (if applicable), participants consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Sponsor at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not required to enter or win.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation

The 2025 winner will be notified the week of January 12, 2026, chosen from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification of that winner and the selection of another winner by SD Bullion.
