Why Do I Need To Reset My Password?
In May of 2018, we launched a New SDBullion.com. During the transition, we were NOT able to bring over sensitive information to the new website. The main information we were not able to bring over was customer passwords. For this reason, each customer will have to "Reset Their Password" to be able to log in to their SDBullion.com account.
Please follow these steps below to reset your password. If you have any issues, or just for conveniece, we can manually reset your password for you. If you would like us to do this for you, simply call us at 1-800-294-8732 and let us know what to set your password to.
How To Reset Your Password: Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Click "Login" at the top right of our website
Step 2: Click the Blue "Forgot Your Password?" Link
Step 3: Input your Email Address that is associated with your SD Bullion account and click the Green Button that says "Reset My Password"
Step 4: You will see a success message that reads "If there is an account associated with (your email) you will receive an email with a link to reset your password"
Step 5: Check your email: Look for the email titled "Reset your SD Bullion password." Open the email and click the Green Button that says "Set a New Password"
Step 6: Enter your password and confirm your password and click the Green Button that says "Set a New Password"
Step 7: You will see a success message that reads "You updated your password."
Step 8: Login in to your account with your email address and new password
