Inside Sales and Client Management

Salary: Up to $50,000 DOE

Bonus: Up to $10,000/year

Location: Onsite in our Fort Worth, Texas office (Not a remote position)

 SD Bullion, Inc. is growing! Our sales team is responsible for assisting new and existing customers with our products and services . This will be accomplished with an ethical and consultative approach and providing our customers with an unrivaled level of service..

Areas of Focus and Expectations:

  • Delivering a standard of white glove service to all customers
  • Attending to VIP clients and furthering their relationship with SD Bullion
  • Anticipating potential issues and proactively solving them prior to their development into problems
  • Operating daily with a sense of urgency in resolving issues and/or tasks as time is the killer of all deals

Your responsibilities may evolve as we continue to grow and develop our team, however the primary responsibilities for this position are listed below. These are subject to change as needed per the business requirements at any given time:

  • Consultative Inbound Phone Sales
  • Customer Service including tickets, buybacks and order lifecycle management
  • Functioning as a part of the VIP program (High value client sales)
  • IRA Sales
  • Maintaining and improving the customer experience (5 Star customer reviews, etc…)
  • Potential to assist in the training and development of new team members
  • Some outbound sales via phone or sms

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable on the phone and achieving daily KPI goals
  • Ability to operate and multi task in a tech environment across multiple platforms
  • Must have strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must conduct yourself in a professional, honest and ethical manner
  • Experience in de-escalating situations over the phone
  • Positive, team first approach to driving success for the customer
  • Take direction and execute directives
  • Bring suggestions as to how to improve a process, procedure or specific situation
  • All applicants are required to complete and pass a thorough background check
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours of Operation:

  • Mon - Thurs 7:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • No weekends
