The obverse features a stoic profile of Lady Liberty encircled by 13 stars, and the motto "E Pluribus Unum". The year of issue of the coin is displayed at the bottom of this side. The reverse shows the classic image of an Eagle with outstretched wings clutching arrows and an olive branch. If there is a mint mark it will be on the reverse, bottom center below the wreath bow.
