Buy 2019 1 oz Gold American Eagles
The decades-long American Gold Eagle program remains as steadfast as ever with another, much-awaited release for 2019. These 2019 1 oz American Gold Eagles feature the familiar and iconic designs that make these products so sought-after by both collectors and investors. As always, they remain official gold bullion coins from the US, struck by the United States Mint.
The first American Gold Eagle, under a coin program authorized by the Liberty Coin Act, 1985, was issued in 1986. Ever since its launch, it has become a desirable item amongst both collectors and investors. In fact, it has since become a name synonymous with quality gold bullion coins.
With a long history of producing quality gold and silver bullion products, the United States Mint is considered one of the premier sources of precious metals products in the world. Their products usually portray designs that appeal to Americans – highlighting USA’s rich history, culture, or even significant symbols of the great nation. Over 225 years of operation later, it remains one of the most acclaimed government mints in the world.
Each of these coins contains 1 troy ounce of 0.9167 (22-karat) fine gold. Moreover, their legal tender status is cemented with an official face value of $50 (USD) backed by the US Government.
The striking image of Lady Liberty holding up a torch in one hand and an olive branch in the other is one of the most awe-inspiring portrayals ever rendered. Created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens for the Double Eagle Coin in 1907, this obverse image has a rich and long history.
On the other hand, Miley Busiek's familiar rendition of a family of Bald Eagles is featured on the reverse sides of these coins.
Their 22-karat fine gold content makes them valuable as investment assets, while their gorgeous designs and rich history make these 2019 1 oz American Gold Eagles an excellent addition to coin collections. Especially when you want to maintain a complete set of American Gold Eagles from the US Mint.
