The Morgan Silver Dollar replaced the Seated Liberty Dollar in 1878 and was minted until 1904 when the US Mint ceased production of dollar coins due to depleting silver reserves. Their production was resumed in 1921 when the Pittman was passed but their design was replaced by the Peace Dollar later on in 1921. Morgan Silver Dollars are currently very popular with collectors, but at the time they were minted, they didn't have much appeal with the public. Coins were more like "true cash" to individuals in the Southwestern US, but the Morgan dollar was viewed as being too big and too heavy. These Morgan Silver Dollars are only going to be from the year 1921 and each one will contain .7734 troy ounces of 90% silver.

The obverse of the Morgan Silver Dollar features George T. Morgan’s rendition of Lady Liberty is one of the most famous images on American coinage. Her left-profile is intricately depicted, adorning a headdress with the word ‘LIBERTY’ inscribed on it. The US motto at the time. “E PLURIBUS UNUM” is minted above Lady Liberty with “1921” minted below her.

The reverse features a majestic eagle – clutching arrows and an olive branch in its talons. Its face value ‘ONE DOLLAR’ is imprinted below this image, while the name of the issuing country ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ encircles the Eagle.

These 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars present the chance to obtain historic coins in a high-quality state.
